"Kalusugan ng Mag-Ina sa First 1,000 days"

The Rotary Club of Angono held a Health Caravan (Medical and Dental Mission) at the Municipality of Angono and provided essential services to three hundred ten (310) individuals. The project came about after conducting surveys to pregnant women in ten (10) barangays in Angono. The doctors and municipal health staff conducted free medical check-ups to pregnant women and provided seminar on the proper caring, breastfeeding and good nutrition of their children and babies. Quarterly check-ups would be held to ensure that proper care and nutrition habits would still continue.

Some of the beneficiaries were sixty (60) pregnant women and sixty (60) children 0-5 years old. Around one hundred thirty-five (135) volunteers participated including the eleven (11) Rotarians, (4) four Rotaractors, five (5) doctors, thirty-six (36) MHO/nurses, fifteen (15) dentists/staff, ten (10) staff from the mayor's office, twenty (20) GSO staff, ten (10) Tourism staff, ten (10) PSO staff, Six (6) PDAO staff, and five (5) OSCA staff joined the Health Caravan.
